ORDER Based upon all the files, records and proceedings herein, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition of Melvin O'Neal Sims for
further review of the unpublished decision of the court of appeals affirming his convictions of and sentences for three counts
of assault with a dangerous weapon in the above-entitled matter be, and the same is, denied. However, in the interests of
