This is an appeal arising from the district court's sustaining appellees' special appearance. *fn1 The sole issue on appeal is whether Texas courts can assert in personam jurisdiction over a Nevada corporation in a suit concerning termination of its relationship with a Texas corporation. Appellees International Game Technology and IGT specially appeared challenging the district court's personal jurisdiction. The district court sustained their special appearance and dismissed appellant TeleVentures, Inc.'s suit for want of jurisdiction. We will affirm.
